A while back I showed you my little stacked bench book shelf.

I recently added another small stool to the stack...and now it has a new "life" for Christmas as a "tree".

I just added some fresh greens and twinkle lights...

...along with some blue glass and rusty junk for "ornaments".

Of course every tree needs a star...the rustier the better?

This little space made a great spot for one of my nativity sets...I have a "few" around the house.  You'll see ;)

I actually thought about moving the books...but then left them.  I think it adds to the "re-purposed" theme...bookshelf to tree.  Functional and festive, my favorite.

This adds to my "tree" obsession this year...more to come.

There's still time to link your "Christmas junk" up to the Junker's United Link party...you can do that HERE.

  9. I think your bookshelf is so cool! And, I must say, I think I'm learning a thing or two from you because I have a few insulators sitting atop spools in my little Christmas vignette at my home! I just love your style so much!
